As a sport enthusiast, Mary has always been drawn to movement as a way to express herself. Growing up in a regional country town, she has witnessed what it is like in regions with a lack of access to healthcare resources for those who need it most. As such, she takes great pride in being able to aid clients in achieving their goals and getting back to what they love doing most. She has previous experience in the health care field as she worked there while completing her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Flinders University.
She is particularly interested in learning what is most important to clients so that she can help to craft a program suited to your specific needs.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys a variety of hobbies ranging from going out roller-skating, bouldering or out in nature on a hike. She is also interested in cooking and getting creative with arts and crafts.
With Mary’s friendly and caring personality she will work with you to find a form of exercise that you enjoy. She is enthusiastic about motivating clients to incorporate physical activity into their daily routines and helping clients navigate any barriers that they may encounter.
