Helping Kids Move, Strengthen & Thrive Through Water Therapy

What is Hydro Kids?

Hydro Kids is a fun and engaging water-based therapy program designed to help children improve strength, coordination, and movement in a safe and supportive environment. Conducted in a warm hydrotherapy pool, Hydro Kids uses the buoyancy and resistance of water to assist children with various physical, sensory, and developmental needs.

This NDIS-funded program is not a swimming lesson but a structured exercise therapy session delivered by Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) following a program designed by an Exercise Physiologist (EP). Each child’s therapy plan is customised to align with their NDIS goals, ensuring targeted and effective progress.
