Exercise can be beneficial for individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) in many ways. Regular physical activity can help improve muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance, which can help maintain mobility and independence for people with MS. Exercise can also help manage symptoms of MS, such as fatigue and depression, and improve overall quality of life.
However, individuals with MS may face challenges when it comes to exercising due to their symptoms. These can include muscle weakness, fatigue, balance problems, and difficulty with coordination. The Active with MS program at Adelaide Active Rehab & Therapy understands these challenges and provides tailored programs to the individual’s abilities and needs.
With a purpose-built hydrotherapy pool and gymnasium all under one roof, you don’t need to go anywhere else to get the exercise and physiotherapy you need.
We welcome NDIS participants and can help you get the most out of your funding!
