Active Arthritis is a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed to manage knee and hip osteoarthritis. This structured plan includes educational sessions and a 6-week neuromuscular exercise program, all delivered by Active Arthritis certified therapists.

Participate in 3 and 12-month reviews to track progress and adjust the program as needed.
